What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support a successful team in our fast-paced retail stores.
  • Manage store operations to maximize sales, profits, and customer service.
  • Coach, train, and engage the team to deliver superior customer care.
  • Address inventory protection, asset management, and operational and safety issues.
  • Ensure overall cleanliness and readiness of store areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs in some situations.
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
